The beds were dreamy, showers were ideal, and the beauty products were really great. The best part after coming home from each day/night in the rain or air conditioning, was the warm toilet. haha The towels were in mint condition. The room temperature was fast to adjust also. Ideal comfort. The breakfast selection was delightful. The chef offered to make me gluten free bread without a hesitation - and was wonderful! Staff was wonderful, offering little tricks and tips on everything from getting around the city, to also finding the better price for breakfast.

I liked that the staff remembers the names and faces of their guests, anticipating their needs (like umbrellas for the change in weather), making us feel at home.
